Use Instructions for Program "I Love U Phone"

The Program "I Love U Phone" allows to use personal computer (PC) for calls on numbers within the telephone network of general use (TNGU) - PC-TNGU and between computers in the Internet - PC-PC, on which the program is installed and headphones with microphone are connected.

The possibilities of the program:

Calls from PC on PC (from virtual number on virtual number) FREE OF CHARGE!
Calls from PC on telephone numbers of general use and mobile telephone numbers at ІР telephony rates *.
Conference connection with up to 5 participants simultaneously.
Possibility of personal tuning of sound quality by means of "Quality/Delay".
Possibility of talk recording.
Subscriber groups. You can enter the existing group or create your own!
Communication coverage of the whole world.

Program Interface:

To start using "I Love U Phone" you have to register. Upon registration subscriber receives a PIN-code, and a virtual number. The PIN-code is necessary for authorization on the voice server. To be able to make calls from personal computer on personal computer, each client is given a virtual number.

1. Setup.
In the "Setup" on bookmark "Personal" it is necessary to enter a 16-digit PIN-code and your virtual number, and also to choose the server for authorization (Closest city). You can also set your fittings on bookmark "Audio", and also get a new version of program "I Love U Phone" by going to bookmark "Update".

If your interlocutor having problems hearing you, You can increase microphone sensitivity. Right-click on vollume contol, select "Adjust Audio Properties", in new window go to the tab "Audio". In section "Sound Recording" click on icon "Vollume". Increase sensitivity level in section "Microphone". Also you can check "Mic Boost" in window "Advanced Controls for Microphone" (button "Advanced" in section "Microphone")

2. Making Calls.
For calls on a virtual number in "I Love U Phone" network, it is necessary to enter a virtual number of required subscriber in the field "Call to number". For a PC-PC call, enter "number@ip" in "Call to number" field, and you will be able to make a call on computer with ІР address, for example 111@10.10.10.10. For a call within the network of general use, enter subscriber's number in the international format: Country code_City code (Code of GSM operator)_Subscriber's code (without hiatuses, for example 70951000000) and press "Enter" or "Call" key. The number can be entered from the keyboard, or by means of program keys, or directly from telephone book or calls log by double click of the left mouse button on the telephone number. Attention! Calls on virtual numbers and on ІР-addresses (PC-PC) are free of charge, calls on general telephone numbers and on mobile numbers are charged for. In detail...

3. Telephone book.
The program allows creating personal telephone book with IP addresses and telephone numbers of your partners. To create a telephone book one should go to section "PhBook":

In "Name" field create a name of the telephone book.
Optionally choose clipart in "Image" field and notes in "Description" field.
Point a cursor on the telephone book folder and add a sub-group or a subscriber by clicking the right mouse button. While doing this, fill in corresponding fields on the right side of the telephone book page.
Further, accordingly, by pointing a cursor on a group, a sub-group or a subscriber, by means of the right mouse button one can choose the action:

add a group
add a sub-group
add a subscriber
add a telephone number
delete the chosen object

Attention!!!
For virtual numbers there is a possibility of subscriber's status verification (on-line or of-line). To enable this function, simply mark the virtual numbers recorded in your telephone book with clipart "Virtual". Upon the next launch of the program it will automatically check the status of the numbers marked with clipart "Virtual". When you add a virtual number into the telephone book the program will check its status only upon the next launch.

4. Calls Log.
All incoming and outgoing calls are record into the log (History). In "History" field you can view day, time and duration of connection. Successful calls are highlighted with green, unsuccessful - with red. If the talk was recorded, it will also be shown. The record can be heard by selecting it and clicking the right mouse button.

5. Conference connection.
The Program "I Love U Phone" allows organizing a conference connection with up to 5 subscribers simultaneously. To enter additional numbers of conference participants one should press "Line", dial the subscriber's number, and include the subscriber into the conference by pressing "Join". To terminate connection and delete number from the list, press "Cancel".

6. Readdressing.
Upon receiving a call, the user of the program can readdress the call to a different number or ІР address. For this he/she has to choose a subscriber from the telephone book (or dial a number, or enter an ІР-address) and press "Forward" key.

7. Sound Quality Tuning.
Each user of the program "I Love U Phone" can conduct personal tuning of sound quality depending upon his/her taste and the Internet quality. One can do it by means of the "Quality/Delay" key. While using this function, one can choose the best correlation: sound delay/sound quality.

8. Redial.
If a call attempt has failed (the subscriber's number was engaged), upon the repeated attempt to call the same number the redial mode will turn on automatically.

9. Talk Recording.
If you press "Records" key during the conversation, the conversation will be recorded. To listen to the record you can: (1) find directory, where the program files are stored, and open "Records". Here choose the necessary record and it will be reproduced by means of standard players supported by your operation system; (2) open calls log "History", choose appropriate connection, point a cursor, press the right mouse button, and choose "Play Record".
